The way our business looks, feels and runs today as opposed to 2 years ago is vastly different.

A lot of this credit must go to Keith Collins, our business Coach.

Keith has a no-nonsense approach to his coaching, keeping the message simple and the direction clear.  As small business owners, we are forever being diverted back into ‘stuff’ instead of the critical worry of the world big picture issues that really determine our future.  Keith keeps us on track.

Even in the doom and gloom of the GFC we have seen our sales grow over 10% and now have industry leading gross profit levels.  We are well on the way to having a more organised business and a more accountable team - we are now on our way to acquiring our first investment property, as business owners we are now comfortable with being able to reasonable holidays without the worry of the world (business) caving in.

This is due to the persistence and the continually raising the bar (goal setting) by Keith.

We still have a long way to go, by there is little doubt that Keith has given us the drive, an enabled us to find the motivation to take the business and our lives to the next level.
