I have to admit that I look forward to the weekly sessions and we are starting to see the benefits from the groundwork that you have put in.  You have helped us lay such a strong foundation. 

Our new Operations Manager, Franz, we asked him to watch Brad’s videos and whilst Franz gained a lot of benefit from the tapes, he feels it’s much better to have you doing the one- on- one coaching. 

Also, having the chance to work closely with you he felt that he has learnt more from the last month’s coaching that he ever could by just watching Brad’s videos. 

As for the next few years, we are looking forward to our plans coming to fruition and we hope that you will be able to stay on as our Coach”.
