Keith was bought on for unifying our business, my Dad was moving on – changing generation onto the next.

The biggest thing that Keith bought to the table was his connections and just that independence and the understanding coming from a similar background with his personal situation, family business and his experience in business.

He bought a lot to open the group up.  He doesn’t cop any nonsense from anyone and sometimes you need that just to tell you how it is…

We are delighted with the progress that we have made – it’s given the business a new direction and above all I think a lot of the stakeholders can connect with him.  He’s very personable.
