I meet Keith a number of years ago.  In the past 2 years he has been my business coach.

During this time, he has helped me significantly not only with my business but also my personal development.  During this period, he has been a key figure in directing me on how to work on the business and not in the business. He has regular meetings and training sessions with my management team and acts as their mentor also.

In this period our profits have increased, and my workloads have dropped in fact last year I was away for over 4 months.
