The biggest headache in our business was time, getting organised and also just bringing profitability into the business, it’s one of the biggest challenges with any business.
I had come from a marketing background working for large companies so stepping into your own small business has its challenges.
I knew ‘I knew’ about business but Keith has actually helped me to be able to run the business properly as a small business and grow. It goes back to that alignment and making sure that you’re doing the right things at the right time and not having to discover it all yourself, because he’s done it himself, you’re not talking to someone who has theorised, or you know anyone can read a book or jump online and read the latest strategies, but having someone who has been through the process, whose grown a business was a big help.
You know 90 day plan – working right through to the actual day of the activities and making sure where necessary you delegate it or don’t do it.
It’s made me a lot more accountable and making sure that as a business… as an individual but also as a business were continually growing and challenging.
What I found with The Action Centre is the systems and processes were easy to follow and it made life for me a lot simpler to be able to just implement them straight away.
Just in terms of the number of staff we’ve gone from one or two when I first starting with Keith and now were up to seven people and expanding – we’ll probably have ten by the end of this year.
The Action Centre’s systems and process have helped me be able to allocate the time accordingly and spend more time with the family.
